ترأس راعي الابرشية مار ميخائيل نجيب ميخائيل السامي الوقار، مراسيم تقديس وتكريس مذبح وكنيسة مار نرساي الكلدانية في قره قوش. رافقه في هذه الاحتفالية سيادة المطران مار بولص ثابت، الاسقف المعاون لابرشية القوش العريقة وعاونهما راعي الخورنة الاب انطوان شاكر زيتونة والاب ادي بابكا.

حضر الاحتفال عدد من الاباء الكهنة، الإخوة الرهبان والاخوات الراهبات والسادة المسؤولين والجمع المؤمن.

بدأ الاحتفال حوالي الساعة 4:30 عصرا، تخلل الاحتفال ثلاث مزامير، رتلها الشمامسة والجوق على جوقين، فكان الاول باللغة الكلدانية والثاني بالعربية والثالث بالسورث؛ وبعض التراتيل الطقسية والمسحة بالزيت المقدس.

تسع كنيسة مار نرساي 300 شخص.
