ترأس غبطة ابينا البطريرك مار لويس روفائيل ساكو الكلي الطوبى قداس عيد مار كوركيس الشهيد في خورنة مار كوركيس ببغداد مساء السبت 23 نيسان 2022 عاونه سيادة المطران مار باسيليوس يلدو المعاون البطريركي وراعي الخورنة الاب هاني خميس جرجس وبعض من كهنة بغداد والراهبات المحترمات وجمع كثيف من ابناء رعية مار كوركيس

وفي عظته هنأ غبطته راعي الخورنة الاب هاني خميس ورعية مار كوركيس ودعاهم الى التمسك بشفيع كنيستهم والاقتداء به لما يرمز اليه من القوة والايمان والتضحية.

واكمل بان الشهيد مار كوركيس ضحى بنفسه من اجل المسيح ودعا الجميع الى التمسك بصفات هذا القديس لما يمثله من شجاعة وقوة .

وفي نهاية القداس بارك الجميع وطلب من الرب يسوع بأن يحل السلام في عراقنا ودول العالم ,بعدها خرج الجميع الى ساحة الكنيسة للاحتفال وقطع الكيكة
